FIRM
Specializing in Family Law and with over twenty years experience in developing compassionate and effective resolutions
Prior to opening the Law Office of Jennifer J. Gray, APC, Jennifer worked with the Bosso Williams law firm for 14 years practicing primarily family law litigation, mediation and collaborative practice.
Her litigation experience began in 1994, working as a public defender practicing criminal defense for the Tuolumne County Public Defender’s Office.
She transferred to the Santa Cruz County Public Defender’s Office in 1997, handling misdemeanors and serious felonies.
Jennifer transitioned into the full-time practice of family law when she joined Bosso Williams in 2001.
Her litigation experience offers clients security in the courtroom during the stressful process of divorce or child-related issues, as well as bringing a long history of reaching settlements in the majority of her cases.
Over the course of her family law career, Jennifer began training in mediation and collaborative practice in 2005.
Mediation practice offers couples a confidential setting to develop creative solutions for their division of assets, liabilities, support and parenting issues. When appropriate, Jennifer relies on outside resources including mental health professionals and financial experts, to assist couples in reaching their goals for settlement.
For some families, the collaborative practice model is the best fit for addressing and resolving the myriad of complex issues involved in a divorce.
