Summary of Practice
Steve's primary areas of practice are estate planning, probate and trust law, estate and trust litigation, and real estate law. Prior to joining Bosso Williams, he practiced law in the Monterey area, where he was associated with the law firm of Lombardo & Gilles for over 16 years.

Steve is certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as an Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law Specialist.

Steve both initiates and reviews estate plans for the firm's clients, from simple wills to sophisticated and complex estate tax planning techniques. He also represents executors, trustees and other fiduciaries in probate court matters including estates and conservatorships, as well as the non-probate post-mortem administration of living trusts.

Steve is an experienced and effective litigator in estate, trust, and conservatorship disputes, representing both fiduciaries and beneficiaries in the Superior Courts of Monterey, Santa Cruz and San Benito Counties.

Professional Organizations
Steve has served for many years as a member of the Board of Directors of the Central Coast Continuing Professional Education Forum. He is a member of the Estate Planning Section of the California State Bar. He is also a member of the Monterey County and Santa Cruz County Bar Associations.

Community Involvement
Steve has served as Chairman of the Planned Giving Committee of the National Steinbeck Center.
