Summary of Practice
Ed's primary area of practice is in civil litigation. He represents individuals and businesses in numerous types of disputes, including contract disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, business and partnership disputes, and real property disputes. He joined Bosso Williams in 2000, and the focus of his practice has been in the area of real property disputes relating to easement and boundary rights.
Ed has extensive experience representing clients in jury and bench trials. He has also represented clients in alternative dispute resolution proceedings such as mediation and arbitration. This experience provides Ed with the ability to give clients practical and "real world" advice on how best to handle and resolve their cases.

Ed is a member of the Santa Cruz County Bar Association and the Santa Cruz County Trial Lawyers Association.
Community Involvement
Ed is currently on the Board of Directors of Santa Cruz Little League and has coached youth sports for over five years.
